There are no strangers on our platform as every registered flight attendant is background checked and certifications are fully verified. This helps us ensure that every member on our site has been professionally trained to provide the best quality service.

Flight Attendant

Nope, you do! Choose a day rate that you’re used to and reflects industry norms.

When a client books you for a trip your daily rate is inclusive of their payment for your services and the 15% Turbo Boutique service fee. You will see the price that Clients pay, as well as the exact daily rate you will earn.

For example, if your day rate is $500, $425 goes to you. The Turbo Boutique service fee is 15% of the total price clients (operators) pay, excluding any reimbursements made to the FA (FA’s receive 100% of any reimbursements).

 No, Corporate Flight Attendants are responsible for their own taxes. Turbo Boutique will not be able to provide or assist in any tax advice.

Corporate Flight Attendant’s on the platform are not employees of Turbo Boutique; rather, they are independent contractors.

Corporate Flight Attendant’s set their own daily rates, their own work areas, and their own schedules.

If your registration is successful we will charge your credit card a non-refundable $100 or $150 (depending on selected package) yearly registration fee.

Photo identification, full address, a copy of your Flight School Certification and your most up to date resume. Please send to verfication@turboboutique.com

Unfortunately, last minute changes happen in the industry. If this occurs, please contact us at support@turboboutique.com with additional details. We will look into this for you as every client will have a different policy regarding cancellations.

If you decide to reject a trip then please do so within 5 hours of the request.

This rule does not apply to pop-up trips (departing in 2-5 hours)

If a trip gets extended please advise your client to place another booking on the Turbo Boutique platform for those additional dates.

Your earnings will become available in your wallet (located in your dashboard) 24 hours after your completed trip. Turbo Boutique payouts take place every Friday (weekly) via PayPal (recommended) or Bank Transfer.

If you accept a pop-up trip (arriving at the FBO within 2 – 5 hours) you have 15 minutes to cancel from the time you accepted the booking.

If you accept a trip 6 to 24 hours before arrival to the airport you have 2 hour to cancel from the time you accepted the booking.

Please note that if you do decide to cancel a trip after initially accepting there will be penalties:

  • Two occurrence’s your account will be deactivated for 14 days.
  • If this happens three or more times your account will be suspended for a month.

Client

Please sign up and create a client account to gain full access to the Turbo Boutique platform. Search, book and chat with Corporate Flight Attendant’s based near your departing FBO for upcoming trips.

Debit/Credit Cards only. Cash, prepaid cards and gift cards are not accepted.

As soon as the booking is confirmed. All bookings must be confirmed before your flight attendant starts his/her trip.

If a flight attendant cancels a trip/booking that is not within our cancellation guidelines (cancelling after initially accepting or close to departure time) their account may face deactivation. We will assist in connecting you with another available flight attendant.

You can cancel or reschedule at anytime.
However, if you cancel or reschedule and the flight attendant you booked has already arrived at the FBO, you may incur his/her daily rate fee.

We’re sorry to hear that your flight attendant has not yet shown up, or had a late arrival.

Please try to contact him/her through the chat function located on your dashboard or via phone.

If a trip needs to be extended extended please place another booking with the same flight attendant on the Turbo Boutique platform for those additional dates.

We appreciate cancellations happen from time to time. Please let the flight attendant know as soon as possible and contact our customer service team at support@turboboutique.com. We allow up to three free cancellations a month, any additional cancellations will incur a cancellation fee (your flight attendant’s daily rate).

Simply sign up with a company/business email address only. Any client accounts set up with a personal email address will be removed.
